What Makes Us Special

At Perla Holidays, we create exceptional holiday experiences for guests while providing property owners with complete peace of mind.

PERLA HOLIDAYS is a family-run rental agency and the sister company of PERLA INVESTMENTS, a trusted real estate firm operating in Costa Blanca and Costa Calida since 2000. Based in Villamartin, we combine local expertise to offer tailored rental solutions that benefit everyone.

Founded by Audi Hansen and Orri Ingvason, our family-run business brings together more than 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry across Spain and Iceland. For over two decades, we’ve built our reputation on trust, local expertise, and a truly personal approach.

For holidaymakers, we offer a carefully selected portfolio of high-quality rental properties, each fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. From the moment you book until the day you return home, our friendly local team is on hand to ensure your holiday is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We also offer optional welcome packs, professional cleaning, and personalised local support throughout your stay.

For property owners, we provide a complete holiday rental management service, taking care of everything from legal compliance and marketing to bookings, guest communication, key handovers, cleaning, and ongoing property care. Owners also enjoy access to a secure online portal where they can view bookings, occupancy, and rental income anytime.

Whether you’re searching for the perfect holiday home or looking for a trusted team to manage your property, Perla Holidays combines local knowledge, professional expertise, and genuine care to deliver an outstanding experience for both guests and owners.
