Terms and Conditions of Perla Holidays
The following terms and conditions apply to all rental bookings made through the website, by email, or by telephone with Perla Investments S.L. (Perla Holidays – www.perlaholidays.com), VAT number B53545703.
Once the booking and payment have been completed, a rental agreement is deemed to have been entered into, and the tenant is considered to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Perla Holidays strongly advises tenants to familiarise themselves thoroughly with these terms.
Booking and Cancellation Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been sent to the guest. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of the party.
2. Payment Terms
• A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the arrival date.
• For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 may be required before arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure, subject to an inspection of the property and provided that no damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of these terms have occurred.
4. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Alternative times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
5. Occupancy
Only the number of guests stated in the booking confirmation may occupy the property. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
• Treat the property and its contents with care.
• Leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
• Respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations.
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
7. Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellations
• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of all payments made, less any administrative fees.
• Between 30 and 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
If the property can be rebooked for the same dates, the owner may, at their discretion, offer a partial or full refund.
No-Show
No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
8. Changes to Bookings
Any request to change booking dates is subject to availability and approval by the property owner. Additional charges may apply.
9. Owner Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. No further liability shall arise.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, war, epidemics, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Liability
Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. The owner shall not be liable for loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage to guests or their personal belongings except where required by law.
12. Complaints
Any issue arising during the stay should be reported immediately so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
